Conference start and finish times
The conference will be 9am – 5pm each day.
Parking
The hotel has limited car parking and is subject to availability. Should car parking be required at the hotel, this will be at an additional charge of $35.00 per vehicle for self-parking or $40.00 per valet. Alternative parking is available at the Secure Parking details as follows:
Secure Car Parking: Cnr of Albert & Margaret Street (enter via Margaret Street) Brisbane CBD.

Where in the hotel is the conference being held?
The conference is being held in the Grand Ballroom. Please direct any queries to the concierge in the main foyer area.
Times to register
Registrations will be open from 8am. Please arrive early to ensure you are settled in for a 9am start. At registration you will receive your name tag, agenda and program. Tea & coffee will be available at completion on registration for your convenience.

Cocktail Party
On the second day of the conference, we will be holding a cocktail party in the grounds of the Stamford Plaza Hotel, overlooking the beautiful Brisbane River. The cocktail party is included in your registration cost and will start at 5pm with drinks and canapes provided. Please make sure you have indicated your attendance on the registration form. Themed lunches, cocktail party, morning and afternoon tea, continuous coffee, tea and water, notebooks and pens. Agendas, and programs, handouts and powerpoint presentations from key speakers. Speakers presentations will be available on the website after the conference.
