Parking
The hotel has limited car parking and is subject to availability. Should car parking be required at the hotel, this will be at an additional charge of $35.00 per vehicle for self-parking or $40.00 per valet. Alternative parking is available at the Secure Parking details as follows:

Set up
Trade table exhibitors may start setting up from 7am through the loading dock. Please refer to the delivery instructions
Delivery instructions & attachment for Trade Table exhibitors
The trade tables will be set up in advance and ready for exhibitors. Trade table exhibitors must come through the loading dock and must have a delivery slip attached to all stock coming into the hotel (please see attached). Please note, you cannot just come through the main entrance to the hotel. The loading dock has trolleys available to assist with getting your stock to the function room.
